for Contract Artwork:
Delivery Schedule:
Most final art can be provided to client
within 7 days upon approval of sketches.
Rates:
Unless a fee is agreed upon by the
illustrator and client, a fee of $50 per hour
will be charged by the illustrator.
Rights Granted:
Upon receipt of full payment, Graphics Plus
grants First North American reproduction
rights. Original art remains the property of
Graphics Plus unless purchased for a seperate
fee. Artwork must be returned to illustrator
within 30 days of the client's completing its
use of the artwork.
Terms:
Payment is due 30 days after delivery of
artwork. All existing artwork on this site
should be purchased with
VISA or MasterCard
unless agreed upon by Graphics Plus, Inc.
